Over the last few months, I’ve written a lot about the importance of investing in and believing in yourself. If you missed those stories, I encourage you to read them. In case you don’t click the links, the summary is simple: if we want others to take us seriously then we must first take ourselves seriously. In that vein, today I’m redefining how my writing is available.
Moving forward, The Intersection contains two tiers of content:
Free: Once or twice a month I’ll send short, blog-like updates with links to things I think you will enjoy. Free editions are available to all subscribers and anyone who pulls up the page on Substack.
Paid: For those who pay for a subscription through Substack, I’ll send out complete articles before they publish anywhere else, including behind Medium’s paywall. In addition to everything I write, paid subscribers will get additional bonuses unavailable anywhere else. Paid editions of The Intersection will only be accessible via email from Substack.
That’s the what, here’s the why. It’s time I take myself and my writing seriously.
For $5 a month or $50 a year, you can directly support my freelance writing and creative endeavors. Additionally, paying for a subscription tells me you find value in what I create. A number of you have already subscribed, and I’m grateful for each of you.
For those of you still on the free tier, for the next week, I’m offering 20% off an annual subscription. There is no promo code necessary, but act quickly, the deal expires on June 21.
I hope you’ll join me on this new journey.
